Sunday night we sent out another newsletter with tons of goings-ons here at CrossFit Somerville. From building chicken coops and raising chickens to cooking food for those in need to growing produce to maybe even bees(?), we have a lot of plans in the works. If you’re interested in or have questions about any of these things (or aren’t getting the newsletter and would like to), send an email to projects@crossfitsomerville.com. We want our extra curricular activities here to be a reflection of who we are as a community and what we’re passionate about, so whatever your visions are, send them our way. Matched my PR, tried for 100# but bar went forward after first rep. First two rds did agro box push ups but moved 20″ cuz my form was getting bad.
