Open Closed
This week brings us to a junction in two important aspects of our lives at CrossFit Somerville. First, the last open workout will be announced on Thursday and we’ll run it on Saturday. There have been many great accomplishments by those participating this year and if this year is like any of the previous years, the last workout will be a doozy. We cordially welcome all of you to join us this Saturday to cheer on your fellow CrossFitters as they put a close on this year’s open.
Secondly, this week will be KP’s last week of coaching regular classes as she starts her journey opening up her own box across the river. She has been a foundational element of CrossFit Somerville and will be dearly missed. We wish her well as she takes on a grand new endeavor!
She has also decided to host a party this weekend at her house which will be a great opportunity to not only celebrate the end of the open, but to spend a wonderful night together as a community before she heads off to spread the CrossFit way to a new area.
