Erbody’s miring Rich…

We’re nearing the end of our cycle with a high focus on our snatch and we’ve been seeing some amazing changes in the way everyone is moving!  Today will be a great chance to take all that we’ve learned and all the habits we’ve built and just “grip it and rip it”.  Use your warm up sets to establish your positioning and movement patterns, but once this starts to get heavy get aggressive  and trust your body.  It’s important to be mindful of the way we move, but at some point it’s useful to turn off all of our conscious critical thinking and let the body feel the right way to move.  Just go.  Speed is what will allow us the most weight overhead today.

STR:

Hang Power Snatch
max triple

WOD: (from 10/1/13)

5 rounds
7 power snatch (if no previous weight established, approx. 60% of today’s max)
14 box jumps
