Simple.
As promised, here’s some classic CrossFit to take us into the weekend. We’ll start off with some heavy neurological loading by deadlifting and then MetCon with a fiery little triplet. Upper body pull, upper body push and lower body. It doesn’t get much more CrossFit than this. So join us and start your weekend off right!
STR:
Deadlift
3-3-3-3-3
WOD:
4 rounds
10 pull ups
10 push press (115/75)
10 back squats

DL: 125# – In lazy crossfitter fashion I blamed it on the wheat hiding in last night’s dinner for being 75# below my 1rm.
WOD: 9:13 with green and blue band and 65#. I chose 65# because 14.5 convinced me that I really need to build strength on the S2OH work. Good challenge!
7:30 had bronies and pretty hair colors and sweet moms trying to break the 15# training bar with their brute deadlifts – and lotsa Great work!
DLs: 260# (PR by 5# and felt good – maybe not even a max). Funny thing about deadlifts for me is that they seem to feel REALLY heavy about 75# before a max weight, and then everything after that feels pretty much the same, until I suddenly can’t move the barbell anymore. I guess heavy is heavy is heavy at some point.
WOD: 4:35rx. Mental battle to keep everything unbroken, but a very good wod. Yay for classic hard-hitting crossfit!
Nice work today 7:30! Let’s see some blog posts… 🙂

DL: 330# it was a stacked class, love seeing almost all the weights being used! Yeah Buddy
WOD: 614RX not surprised Pull ups slowed me down.
