Moar Open Gym!

Starting this Sunday, we’ll be holding open gym on Sundays from 10-1. This is a great chance for any and all of you to come in on work on your goals, goats and mobility. There won’t be any programming for the day, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t things to do. It’s a great opportunity to get some extra volume training in or work on skills that you struggle with. If you’re unsure how you can best utilize this time, ask a coach! We’d be more than happy to talk to you about some extra credit work that can move you towards your goals faster. Open gym does not count towards your allotted classes for the week, so come on in and have some fun!  Now here’s another WOD pulled from the mainsite… enjoy!

    SB: 100#. Tough movement for me. Tended to catch over parallel and then ride it down. I feel like your snatch balance # should be higher than your snatch #, and mine is definitely much, much lower…

    WOD: 357? 347? I forget. 30# dumbell. Started with sixty unbroken DUs and got up to 74 in the first minute. Then got about 50 total in the second round, despite the fact that I had twice as much time to work. 🙂
