A little better every day
We’re very much a community here at CrossFit Somerville. From the outside, the flow of information and learning in the coach/athlete relationship or the staff/member relationship might seem to be a one way street, but that’s definitely not the case here. We could certainly talk about how much we as coaches learn and gain from working with each of you, but today I’d like to focus on some direct feedback we’ve received lately through the survey we posted. All of the responses have been extremely helpful, but a couple of things came back loud and clear: the members want a bike rack and would appreciate a cleaner gym.
You spoke, and we’re here to listen. JT has built a bike rack (burning man style) that is already getting plenty of use out front. We have also acquired a floor scrubber that we’ll be using to keep the place a bit more tidy throughout the week. We clearly love to get everyone crawling around on all fours and if a cleaner floor makes you feel better about it, we’re all for it! So thank you all for the feedback and helping us improve. After all, we’re here to give you the best experience we can!

Reminder: Our Thursday evening classes are all backed up an hour for this week as we will be hosting “The Space In Between: Art, Green Space and the Public Realm”, a gathering of neighbors who would like to reimagine what is possible with the revitalization of Union Square at 7:30pm (you are all invited). There will be a 4pm, 5pm and 6pm class and no 7pm class.

Floor was amazing I rolled in on it from my final sprint. Also props to Chris and his OCD. The organization of the free weight area is something else.
