How explosive can you be when you’re tired? Would that change at all if you knew that meant you had to do less work? Well, let’s find out…
The WOD today has in it burpee broad jumps. These, much like they might sound, involve doing a burpee followed by jumping as far as you can. We’re doing these for distance, so the longer your jump, the fewer burpees you’ll end up doing. What could be better incentive than that? Be explosive all the way from the ground so you can build more momentum and get a bigger jump. Because as much as we all love more burpees, sometimes they just slow us down.
