    Deadlifted 5×5 instead of split jerking.

    WOD: 17:29 @ 35# for 7 rounds, and tried 25# for 1 round (wasn’t any easier!). My inability to push a weight across the floor was comical – I had a very hard time gaining traction and keeping my footing and kept falling. Wesley tried to ‘help’ by jumping on my plate a few times too. Thanks Wes!
