It’s getting cold outside
It’s cold out, friends. Frigid, in fact. It might sound silly, but the colder it is out, the harder it is to warm up. Getting to class early on these cold days (especially for you dedicated 5:30AMers) and dressing in layers can help keep all your bits ready to work hard for you when you need them to. That way, you’ll have the chance to wake your body up with some gentle, exploratory movement before class starts and can peel off layers as needed. Get warm, stay warm.
