After all that mother nature has thrown at us this winter, it’s going to feel good to have a week back to business as usual (knock on wood).  It’s still a bit rough out there, so leave yourselves extra time to get here and get warm, but we’re ready for action.  Stay warm and hope to see you all here on this snowy holiday Monday!

    3RM Power Snatch: 110# with less-than-efficient form, per usual with my snatches.

    9+2 w/ CTB pull ups and 25# DBs. Grip killer. It was helpful to break up the sets of step ups and (after 3/4 of the first round), approach it as 5 step ups, 5 CTB, 5 s2oh, 5 step ups, rest. Repeat.
