Another double
Y’all seemed to like the double AMRAP a few weeks back so much that we’re bringing back the format for today’s WOD. If you look closely, you’ll see an interested pattern. The first AMRAP has a technical squat movement at lower reps and a simple hip-closing movement at higher reps. For AMRAP #2, we’ll reverse this, doing a simple squat movement for high reps with a more complex hip-closing movement for lower reps. This will allow a more even intensity across both workouts and give you the opportunity to both be mindful and go nuts with both movement patterns.

WOD: 4+4, 4+21, both Rx
Strength: 195#, definitely felt good, but my butt/back was saying otherwise. Only did set 4 then took last 2 sets off
WOD: 5 Rx(?) 14# MB, 5+22 – worked on rhythm with knees to elbows.
So much fun! 235# lbbs, 4 & 4+12 rx
Glad to work out with the nooners!
LBBS: 175, 185, 195, 205, 210, 215 for one (failed 2nd).
WOD: 5+14rx & 6+23rx. The air squats were the hardest part! Ooph.
LBBS: 145# – first PR in a long time \o/
WOD: 3+14 with KB swings instead of OHS, and 4+4? with knee ups. Nice crowd for the 7:30 with lots of PRs!
