Applying knowledge
Last week we explored some different ways we could hang and brachiate from the pull up rig to help train and condition our shoulders for the myriad of tasks we ask of them. Today, we’ll be using these ideas to superset our press work. In between sets of our press, we’ll spend a minute or so on a pull up bar using some of those ideas to help stretch, unwind and prep our shoulders for the next set. We’ll go over some of those ideas again during warm up, but in the end any time spent hanging with generally be good for us. So explore and build comfort supporting your weight through your hands.
