Being able to think through complex situations while tired is a very useful skill.  Today’s WOD engaged this idea with a set of work that can be tricky to think through and keep track of, especially your first few run throughs.  Take a second to look through it and if it seems confusing, come to class ready with the questions you need answered.

WOD:

AMRAP 2
7 Power Clean (115/85)
14 Ball Slams (20/14)
ME Dips

Rest 2 min

AMRAP 2
7 Power Snatch (115/85)
14 Wall Balls
ME Pullups

Rest 2 min

REPEAT 4x TOTAL (30 mins total)
