It’s here friends – time to check in and see if we can complete this cycle’s benchmark faster than week one.  Just like the opening week of the cycle, we’ll be running this WOD every day this week along side the regular WOD so everyone will have a chance to retest.  Today, all who come in will do it.  Here we go, friends…

    Hi everybody! If anybody picked up a pair of sunglasses that wasn’t theirs at the BBQ, could you please give them to a coach to get to me? I had a friend trying out the gym and she was sad to lose them!
