Breaking down something simple
Most of the time we use box jumps in WODs, trying to crank reps out fast. Every once in a while, we go for max height. Today, you’ll have the chance to do the latter, but the focus will be more on how we jump. The pairing of this with single leg deadlifts is to help build awareness on how we’re engaging our legs to create motion. Be deliberate and don’t underestimate what you can gain from focusing on the details of the seemingly simple.
