Today’s WOD might say AMRAP, but getting through this just once can be plenty of a challenge. We’ll be starting our box jumps higher for fewer reps. Each time through, we’ll add some reps, but drop the height down a bit. While 30″ might seem daunting, I challenge you to get to the top of it any way you can. Use your hands, step up, walk in to your jump, whatever gets you up there. As the height gets lower, try a more standard version of a box jump if you’d like.
