fun with some bags
It’s no secret that I love working with sandbags. There are so many ways to interact with them and something to learn from each of those ways. While often times we’ll leave the option in a WOD to carry the sandbag however you’d like, today we’ll ask to to hold it in a specific place each round. This way we’re guaranteed to experience something a little different each round, to have to react to the load in a new way. In this instance, variety trains more options into the way we move. The more movement options we have, the better our fitness./

*each round starts w/ back in different position – 1. back, 2. left shoulder, 3. right shoulder, 4. front rack

WOD: 12:36. I made my bag heavier than I was aiming for so it was a rough workout from round 1.
