Getting weight overhead it great for us – it teaches us a lot about how to use our bodies and can give us a pretty great physiological stimulus as well.  Learning to stabilize it overhead is super useful also.  With proper focus it can help us build even healthier, more mobile and stable shoulders.  So today we’re going to finish up each set of presses with a static hold at the top to help us remember where we’re trying to get this weight in the first place and to learn to keep it there.

STR:

press

3-3-3-3-3

*15 second hold overhead on last rep

WOD:

5 Rounds
15 Front Squats (75/55)
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
