gettin up
One of the patterns that we’ll need in order to climb a rope efficiently using our legs is the ability to lift our feet up high while hanging from a rope. While we could do toes to bar to help train this, the difference in hanging on a rope is significant enough that today we’ll be doing rope toes to bar to feel this a little more in context. While it might be tempting to bend our elbows to get our feet up, keeping our arms straight will train a pattern that will be much less fatiguing over time. Give it a shot!
