Retaking the test
By the time you read this, I will already be heading back from the desert – but Nick will still be out there til the Man Burns.
Speaking of Burning, your shoulders may be on fire today. We’ll spend plenty of time getting loose and getting active in our shoulders today, and then use that active control to make sure we stay in control and solid through CrossFit Open 14.3. This is a classic test-retest opportunity for many of you, and I want to see your scores posted in the comments here along with how they compare to the last time if you did it with us back in 2014!
Holiday Reminder: CrossFit Somerville will be closed this Monday, September 2nd, for the Labor Day holiday.
