Before you answer, take a peak at the WOD… Yup, right back into Nick-style CrossFit – acting like monkeys for 10 minutes.  Because I’ve missed you all so much, for any class that asks (and for which everyone is comfortable with this) I’ll do the WOD with you.  It’s been a great week, but it’s great to be back.  I love you all!
