No matter where you might be with this skill, we’ll find something productive for you to work on to get you better acclimated to the upside down world. We’ll even get to practice during the WOD. It’s great to be home! Was hoping to match Jenna’s time today, but I accumulated about 45 secs of rest in the handstand round 4 & 5, and the goblet squats got reeeeeal slow in those rounds too. Just knocking the rust off. 🙂
