Jenny
“Jenny” is a unique hero WOD in a number of ways. It’s one of the first (and few) female hero WODs and it has a non-gender split Rx (not unique) that is incredibly accessible (pretty unique). 20 minutes is a long time, so if your overhead squat form is solid feel free to Rx this one and take it at a manageable speed. I promise, this one will prove to be quite hard as long as you keep yourself moving.

I thought Jenna had gotten six rounds!
I’ll aim for 6 next time JT. 😉 aa little out of my reach right now. Give me another five months or so to get ready.
I was just dying in round 4 and wondering how the hell I could possibly make up time and get to 6 rounds is all…
