Yet another example of drill-application, today we’ll work on making the first pull of our cleans smooth and repeatable and then pop them in to an old benchmark with some rest built in.  The Chief is a great WOD to work on consistency across a long-ish period of time.  The built in rest should be just enough that you can challenge yourself to go for the same score you hit in the previous round.
