legless
Climbing a rope efficiently generally will use our entire body. Using the legs to support and lift us greatly reduces the work she shoulders and arms have to do, which will tire much more quickly than our legs. Conversely, learning to scale a rope without using our legs can be a great upper body strength builder. And that’s exactly what we’re after today. If we’re planning on climbing the rope, it will be without our legs. Otherwise, we’ll find another scale that focuses on the pull.
