There are many ways to be fast – speed is found in many different forms.  A 100m sprint involves a fairly short burst of energy and shouldn’t take any more than 20 seconds.  A power clean, however, has a much shorter (but more intense) burst of  energy.  We’re going to see how well we can transition between the two today, alternating between a short sprint every minute and as many power cleans as we can fit in in the remaining time.Be fast, and then be fast again, but differently.

Ended up muscle cleaning the bar because it felt faster and less leggy. Didn’t take long before I was sucking wind trying to keep up with Scott on the runs.
