Most of us came here with some kind of fitness goals in mind.  Over time they might stick with us or they might change as we do.  In the end, however, their importance pales in comparison to the relationships and community we build here, the support we all provide each other.  So while you’re working hard today, I offer you the thought of focusing on gratitude.  Whether it be for the person working out next to you, for the space and time to devote to yourself and your development or just for the opportunity to have a body that you can move.  We are all very lucky, and I am grateful for each of you deciding to walk in our door day in and day out.

    HSPUs -> scale push ups on 20″ box
    DUs – scale single unders

    STR: 195# back didn’t hurt at the time, but now everything hurts. I hate Deadlift days.
    WOD: 5+12, kipping HSPU, TTB, messy double unders.
