It’s easy to get caught up in numbers with CrossFit.  They are a great tool, especially if you haven’t tracked aspects of you physical abilities in concrete ways before.  A subtle, yet powerful way they help us is by holding space.  Breaking down our strength today, we’ll be spending around 20 minutes on our working sets (not including warm up sets).  Take your time to build up and get heavy, but also recognize that this will be 30+ minutes devoted to nothing else but building your awareness and ability regarding squatting.  Go in with the mentality that each set should be better than the last.  See how you can use your rest time to set yourself up for success with the next go.
