In direct contrast to yesterday’s long hero WOD, we’ll be hitting a quick and dirty 21-15-9 with simple movements today.  This will not only give us more time to get our snatches nice and crisp, but will allow us to engage a much different challenge metabolically than we had in Badger.  This will be much more of a sprint, and we’ll want to be more than ready to tear into it as soon as the clock starts.

    STR: Worked at 45# and 50#
    WOD: 8:26 Rx. My back looks special from those desk squats.

    STR: 55#. Started with power snatch and then an overhead squat and worked up to a full snatch in the later rounds

    WOD: 7:18. Didn’t really push myself on this one.
