It’s Monday Bunday, friends – time to work on our backsides.  The WOD is all posterior chain driven.  Try to find a through line in this workout – how is the deadlift like the row like the snatches.  Let one movement inform the next and see if that helps you move more efficiently.

    Did this last week as a test @ 285# DL and 70# DB snatch. Took me 12:14.

    It was absolute misery, in a good way. You guys are welcome to do it at significantly lighter weights (and significantly faster).
