Snatches require us to throw ourselves to the bottom of an overhead squat and land in a super stable position.  This can be quite difficult to say the least and warrants practicing the pieces separately.  Which is exactly what we’ll be doing today… The high hang snatch will show us where we stand and then we’ll have two more chances to pull down to an even more deliberate and controlled bottom position of an overhead squat.  Use this to inform your next snatch and make it even tighter.

STR:

EMOM 10
1 High hang snatch/ 2 OHS

WOD:

3 Rounds
12 Power snatch (95/65)
16 Burpee over barbell
20 Box jump overs (24/20)
