25′ Sandbag toss (between legs)
25′ Reverse bear crawl sandbag drag
8 Sand bag clean
8 Sand bag shoulder to overhead

STR: 24kg
WOD: 15:18 w/ 4x long bags in the the big bag
STR: 6 rds @ 16kg, 4 rds @ 20kg
WOD: 16:30 w/ 3 bags in big bag.
I liked the workout but it was hard on my asthma with all the sand I inhaled.
I’m new here; trying it out. 2nd workout!
Unweighted squats, holding a vertical pole for support, goal of 5/minute. (Sometimes I made the goal) Knees & quads objecting….
Half-weight sandbag. 5 rounds in 15:18, I think.
