We’re looking to keep moving in today’s girl WOD.  There shouldn’t be anything here that forces us to stop for more than a few breaths before we get back it.  After seeing how much we can front squat, we’ll be wanting to scale for speed, and that shouldn’t be too hard today.  The thrusters are light and the rowing is… well, rowing.  The pullups, however, we’ll be scaling to kips today to keep the pace strong at the end of the workout.
