Pause at the top
There’s been a lot of great things happening with our overhead position recently, and to encourage that we’ll have some more sets of strict press with a hold at the top. Today it’ll be 15 seconds – plenty of time to find some small yet significant adjustments we can make to add length, alignment and stability to this fundamental position.

WOD: 4+37. I should have pushed harder. I could have gotten 5 rounds.

WOD: 4 + 25 Rx. I must admit that it was Rx by accident, I was going for the 1.5 kb and ended up using the 2. The lunges were hard with the left hand, it was hard to keep the hand flat enough to keep the ball in place.
Accidental RX totally still counts. 🙂
