Today’s WOD is all about incentive to move well fast.  We’ll be drilling our power cleans in the strength portion to get ready for the WOD.  Just 45 reps.  Of box jumps.  Burpee box jumps.  But the real catch is we’ll break each minute to do 4 power cleans.  If you were moving crisply earlier, you should be ready to crank these out in less than 15 seconds and ready to get back to your box.  Stay ahead of the clock and be ready to move your bar on the monite.  You don’t want to fall behind on this one, but there’s a cap on it if you do…

STR:

EMOM 10

3 x power cleans (touch and go)

WOD:

45 Burpee box jumps
EMOM 4 Power cleans @ 50% strength
*15 min cap

    This morning when I read the workout I thought my goal would be to stay under 10 minutes. Then I saw all the times you guys posted and really got worried about pace. So I went light (probably too light) on the cleans and low on the box so I could go fast as the wind.

    STR: – (we didn’t do the strength portion of the workout)

    WOD: 5:30 @ 55# and 20″
