It is a lot like the filthy 50, but with a slight CFSV spin on movement preference. Large single sets of each movement is all you get today. Make sure they are all wormed up proper before the WOD starts so your body know what to expect and you know how to push yourself to get through this as well as you can. Scale to move, and try not to stop.

50 Double unders
50 KBS (1.5/1)
50 Pistols
50 Lateral jumps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Shoulder to overhead (45)
