We train cleans and jerks a lot here, but rarely do we have the chance to put the two together as a skill rather than in a WOD.  Today, we’ll have that chance.  As good as we might be at each of these movements separately, it’s a totally different thing to put them together for heavy weight.

We’ve missed our weekly dose of primal movement, so we’re community organizing to make it happen again. We are currently operating on an every-other-week schedule.
