Sometimes in a WOD, we’re trying to keep moving pretty consistently throughout our work.  Most of the time, actually.  Today ,we’ll be facing a longer workout where we’ll be expected to squat heavy for reps each round.  We fully expect you to have to muster up to keep this one moving.  Don’t be afraid of loading up though.  If you can move the weight well, then it’s not too heavy.

WOD:

7 Rounds
5 Back squat body weight
10 Box jumps (20)
10 Push ups

    Nice practice for squatting heavy while heart is jumping. 14:06 @ 150# (Rx). Gonna feel those pushups for a while…
