Today will be grippy for sure, but like anything else being deliberate in the way we move early will help us keep working consistently through this WOD.  Set a strong grip for your farmer carries and kettlebell swings before you start moving.  A split second of preparation will go a long long way here.

Superset with :30 handstand hold

WOD:

6 Rounds
100 ft Farmers Carry
(2/1.5) or (pound equiv in DBs)
10 Russian kettlebell swings
20 Tuck ups (scale to sit ups)

    We variated a bit from the posted workout, we did:

    6 Rounds
    100′ Farmer’s carry
    10 Full KB swings
    10 Tuck Ups
