Before we hit an old favorite chipper, we’re going to be working on our straight arm strength.  This work will focus on our ability to control our scapula, which has great transferability to… just about everything.  So try not to go into WOD mode too early with your wall climbs.  Be deliberate and you’ll get much more from it.

30 sec German Hang


WOD:

30 Power Cleans (135/95)
20 Front Squats
10 S2OH
