It doesn’t take long to realize that the biggest challenges we face here are mental.  The physical nature of what we do is hard, but in the end it’s all a head game.  With a short 21-15-9 on the docket, this should feel quite clear today.  Challenge yourself to hang on to each movement a little longer before breaking up your sets.  This one is totally doable unbroken…
