Hey Friends!  It’s week two of holiday shenanigans!  Take a look at zen planner – it’s up to date an accurate.  Note the New Years Day invasion at noon… And bring friends!  The workout will be designed so anyone can participate – beginners are welcome and encouraged to join in! This includes those who feel like beginners after their New Years Even antics…
