Here’s a little unilateral work to send you into the weekend with. We might feel a little off balance as we go, but getting this in will help center us a bit after the end of our first week back from the holidays. Just make sure you alternate arms each round…

You have much better for than I on the dynamic lifts, that’s why you put up more weight than I do. I still fall asleep some nights hoping to be able to lift as smooth as you one day.
