Flip It and Reverse It

Not actually one of the movements from today’s WOD, but still a fun shot of Nick controlling his body’s movement through space.
This is a beautiful exercise in body control and moving ourselves through space – Nick would love it! You’ve got JT in the morning though and Kirstie for the rest of the day, and I’m sure we’ll get everyone moving.
Oh, and it’s Deadlift Day, which is always a good day… so there’s that. Let’s lift heavy and then roll out those tight backs with the deck squats! It’s like built-in recovery. You’ll love it.
