Strict movements are good for you
Strict presses can be a very humbling lift. Considering all the explosive movements we do and the heavy loads we can lift, strict press is a reminder of how we can always get stronger. To add a nice twist we’re going to be taking the bar off of he ground for our strength portion and pairing it with evil wheels.
For our workout we’re going to use the weight we ended with and push press the bar. To spice things up the burpees will be followed by two lateral jumps. That extra jump may not seem like much but don’t let it fool you its a doozy! Let’s have some fun!
