Squat Clean

Because who doesn’t love more squatting?  Also, because it behoves us to connect the way we squat in a squat clean to the way we would normally squat under load.  These two can end up surprisingly different if not given proper attention.  So let’s check in today, see where it’s at and adjust as needed.

STR:

2 squat cleans +

2 front squats

Every 2 minutes for 6 rounds

WOD:

3 Rounds
500m row
15 Pullups
15 Box jumps (24/20)
