A little something new
Thank you to everyone who came out to workout or cheer this weekend! If you did the workout this weekend these movements will be very familiar. The good news is we are not lunging!
Lets start our week with a different rep scheme. This workout is an excellent opportunity to find our groove and move steady through single reps of burpees, ground to overhead, and pull ups. These are similar elements are similar to what some of you experienced this weekend but with a different pace.

WOD: 25 rounds Rx. I should have pushed harder. Could have gotten a couple more.

WOD 20+2 w/ 65# and jumping pull-ups. This was fun, could’ve moved through it a little quicker.
Squat 215# this was my 1rm!
