Today we’ve got split jerks for strength and a quick couplet of rowing and lunging.

Split jerking can be the most efficient way to get get weight over head. For most of us it’s a matter of practice, timing, and foot work. We’ll be on the clock so there will be time to practice plenty of reps. After that we’ve got a simple workout with front racked lunges and calorie rowing. Have fun!
