We’ve got a double for y’all today, friends! Two WODs, both pretty short and begging us to sprint through them. As is often the case when we give you rest in a workout, try your best to keep your rest relegated to those two minutes in between and embrace the slothing off of winter!
STR:
Sumo deadlift
5-5-5-5-5
WOD:
3 Rounds for time of:
15 Ring Dips
15 Wallballs
– Rest 2 Minutes, then
3 Rounds for time of:
30 Double unders
15 Push Ups (hand release)

STR: 275#
WOD: 16:14
ring dips scaled to box dips with toe assist, but otherwise unscaled… which meant pushups were down to really gnarly, slow singles by the second round. Yuk.
Ben and I were co-driving the struggle bus at 6:30.
STR: 175#, could’ve gotten more, took forever to warm up my legs

PR on the 5-rep deadlift, although that may be because Mark was out and so there were actually some spare plates lying around.

Two rounds of dips, last round with toe assist. Shoulder hurt when trying wallballs so I did goblet squats instead. Singles jumps and scaled pushups… not my finest hour. In solidarity with Ben and Abigail I was a hot mess riding the struggle bus.
