Dumbells.  If Tuesday wasn’t enough for you (or caught you off guard), here’s some more dumbell work for you.  70-90# might not seem like a lot for a hang squat clean, but the instability caused by using two objects instead of one makes a big difference.  And just for the occasion, we have a ton (literally) of new friends to help us with this one…
